Elena began work as a coach for a number of Fortune 40 companies. She led diversity-awareness and work-from-home skills training programs for Procter & Gamble, training thousands of employees at all organizational levels. Her efforts resulted in an 85% increase in job satisfaction and employee retention rates.

In 2004, Elena was appointed as a Business, Life, and Financial Senior Coach with Peak Potentials Training and Success Tracs, and she now collaborates with popular coaches such as Lisa Nichols from "The Secret," Cameron Johnson, one of the three finalists on Oprah's Big Give, Mark Victor Hansen and Jack Canfield of "Chicken Soup from the Soul," and Bill Phillips from "Body for Life." Elena is currently completing her Psychology Ph.D.
