Tips for the business ladies out there. As we get older we get better, but we also need more maintenance to stay fabulous!

I am talking about outer and inner beauty and our team that gets us there. In order to be our best selves when taking important business meeting or working with high-profile clients we must walk the walk and talk the talk.

These are some services included in my spiritual team:

GET A CRYSTAL LAYOUT

Crystal layouts are amazing. You don’t need to do them often, but when your chakras feel out of balance this is what you want to do to re-align yourself. With all your clothes on, a practitioner places crystals all over your body. In fact, you are virtually buried in crystal power. Your feet need to be grounded, your throat chakra clear and your heart chakra open.

HAVE A HYPNO-THERAPY SESSION

Traditional therapy is not my thing. Hypno-therapy is my go-to place to sort out problems, deal with issues and consult higher powers. Since I know that I have all the answers myself, this type of therapy helps me go deep within to unblock my own personal blockage and clears the air.

TAKE A WEEKLY YOGA CLASS

You don’t need to be able to bend over backwards or stand on your head for yoga to be beneficial. I like Iyengar style yoga the best. We use props. I hang upside down using wall ropes and it gives my head a much-needed blood rush that makes me feel refreshed. Whatever type of yoga floats your boat, it helps you distress at the same time strengthens your body, mind and soul.

NOTHING SPICES THE MORALE LIKE A NEW-DO

Every day needs to be a good hair day so I suggest spending money on a good hairdresser. Every once in a while try a new style. Freshen it up. Before a trip to India to speak and work with clients, I added blue to my blonde. I felt funky and needed it! Nothing ruins a day more than bad hair – so I would make the investment. It is worth it.

GET A MANI/PEDI

Okay, this is not exactly among the higher vibration of metaphysical practices, but when your hands and toes look and feel fabulous – so do you. Enough said!
