Spotlight Interview: Kimberly Errigo on Master Coaching

Your career is super fascinating. How did you end up becoming a shaman and master coach?

My journey into shamanism started on the side of a mountain in Panama where I lived for two years in the Peace Corps. In the absence of the usual distractions I started to listen deeply to Spirit, and this took me deep into the forest into traditional native villages where I began working with the shamans. As I was headed south to Peru I was given a set of spirit dolls ~ a man, a woman, and a baby ~ from my teacher. Within two weeks I met my husband. I learned that sometimes energies are trying to come through us that we are unaware of, and at these times others see us better than we can ourselves.

When I returned to the United States I was selling handmade leather coats and shoes at art fairs and noticed that people were coming into my booth not for the shoes but to talk with me. At a certain point I decided to put the shoes away and stand in the truth of what was happening through me. I called it “taking down the veil.”

Shamanism is scary for some people because it’s the unknown. Quantum physics is the unknown too ~ you’ll never see a quark! Both are highly mythological in nature. In fact, I think physicists are starting to understand what shamans have known all along. Shamanism isn’t a religion ~ it is a set of tools that are used to navigate non-ordinary reality. There’s no dogma about it.

What is “integrative intelligence” and how does it impact business?

Integrative intelligence is the full use of mind, body, spirit, emotions, and energy. For shamans just as for quantum physicists, everything comes from the Source which is non-ordinary reality or the quantum field. If you’re using your integrative intelligence, you’ll get to success.

Both shamans and physicists agree that the universe is vibrational in nature. In 2010 scientists proved that parallel universes exist by showing that a particle could be in two places at once. That is huge for us because it means that whatever is going on, there is always another parallel reality where that isn’t going on. All you have to do is build a vibrational bridge to get there.

How do shamanic cosmology and quantum physics help business owners succeed in their work?

The unseen is like the secret world of business: the world that defines who succeeds and who fails. If we aren’t leveraging the unseen for your business, there is only so far you’ll get. When we tap into this field and clear what is in the way of success, things can shift like *that* (snaps).

Sometimes we are caught in entanglement, which is an energetic phenomenon where our energy is being influenced by other spirits and ancestral energy across space and time. This isn’t woo – physicists have proved this exists.

It’s very logical in a Greek way to believe that things are either “a” or “not a”. That world of duality is falling away as we realize on every level that things are BOTH “a” and “not a”, whatever “a” may be. Anything that appears to be in opposition, isn’t. The answer always lies in both. The key is to become conscious of what you think is in opposition so you can bring them together in Oneness.

What is the best strategy to use to move past resistance?

Treat everything like it is energy, because it is! When you feel resistance, just sweep it off your body and out of your energy field with your hand. Or, blow it out of your field like blowing fluff off a dandelion.
