Master Your Mind, Expand Your Life!

There is one thing you can’t trick in life, and that is your belief system.

You can say you deserve this or that until you are blue in the face, but it all comes down to what it is you truly believe you deserve, and that is what you will and are attracting into your life.

One lesson I have learned is that we tend to get in life what we believe we deserve. Those beliefs become your thoughts and when those beliefs are grounded in limits and a tainted perception about ourselves and the world around us, we start to operate on autopilot not questioning our thoughts.

So we don’t question thoughts like “Things never work out for me,” “I will never be financially free,” “I do everything for everyone else, but no one ever does anything for me, “Life is hard for me,” “I never have time to focus on my health,” “money doesn’t grow on trees.”

As one believes, so shall one think… as one thinks, so shall one become.

Negative thinking can be considered a challenge to overcome, but it is an important factor of living a happier, more positive life.

The average person has thousands of thoughts every second, some of which are conscious self-inflicted ideas, and others that play silently in the background of our subconscious mind.

Many of these thoughts are immersed in negativity, whether we are conscious of it or not.

No matter a person’s age, gender, ethnicity or level of happiness – negative thinking affects everyone at one time or another in various forms.

The problem with negative thoughts is that they tend to be difficult to detect and often create a snowball effect that can quickly overcome our minds.

And guess what? What we think about expands in our life.

The good news? What we think about expands in our life.

Begin to think about what you want to expand in your life, and you can become a master of your mindset.

It can all be done first by switching from autopilot to awareness throughout your day.
