The more you and your team focus on your clients and giving them as much value as possible, the better off your biz. will be! Happy customers means lots of referrals and repeat clients! Get your people hooked on your client care and they will continue to come back for more and more.

Tip 2 - Create a killer social media plan! Create and update your social media and networking accounts in order to keep clients engaged. Having a strong voice through social media channels is highly important in engaging clients and providing them with consistent and easy to find content. Social media allows your business to reach tons of potential and existing clients in a fun and convenient way. Set a goal to post/share valuable information and content a specific number of times per week or per month. People will love your valuable shares and spread it around to their friends. It’s a win-win!

Tip 3 - Set up an awesome referral program! Get creative and create a referral program that will excite clients to share with their friends and family. A referral program allows you to hook up your existing clients while bringing new clients into the mix. Make it a win-win situation for both parties and people will be ready to take action! Who wouldn’t want an extra $10 off their next purchase when they refer two friends? It’s simple and easy to implement!

Tip 4 - Ask your customers more questions! Asking your customers questions can tell you a lot about your business and how it is being received by your client base. Asking questions like “How has your experience been so far?” “If we could add any product or service to make your life easier what would it be?” “How can we make your experience with us more enjoyable?” These questions will give you an inside look into your clients mind and allow you to create new products and services, make necessary changes to existing products and get creative in your customer service strategy! This is a great way to be connected to your client and hook up your business at the same time. YES!

Your business will change quickly by just implementing these few tips. Don’t get overwhelmed and talk yourself out of playing a bigger game.
